EXHIBIT BOOTH OPTIONS
Exhibit Booth Reservation (including exhibitor registration) is available through September 15, 2008.
The SACNAS National Conference offers several booth options:
- Premium Booths: ($1,650) include corner booths as well as booths near the entrance, areas of special activity (such as the Cyber Cafe and concessions), and main aisles; these booths allow for the greatest visibility and interaction with our attendees.
- Industry Booths: ($1,950) are Exclusive Premium Booths, located in a special area of the hall, which include access to interview space and job boards and are organized in conjunction with the SACNAS Postdoc Booth.
- Choice Booths: ($1,250) are located throughout the hall and offer excellent visibility at an affordable price.
- Non-profit Booths: ($900) are limited and require proof of 501c3 status as well as an institutional budget of 1 million dollars or less.
Student poster boards are strategically placed throughout the hall to encourage traffic to all booths. Programs in specific disciplines are encouraged to view the hall layout and select a booth located near the poster presentations in their discipline.
Exhibitor Registration
Each booth includes one exhibitor registration; additional exhibitors pay a separate exhibitor registration fee. All exhibitors must register for the conference--this process is separate from the booth reservation process. Exhibitor registration is full
conference access which includes all meals, functions and mentoring activities.

Booth Reservation & Exhibitor Registration Instructions
To provide the best service to conference attendees, SACNAS requires all conference services be paid at the time of registration/reservation.
Visa and MasterCard payment options are the only options available through the online booth reservation/exhibitor registration system.
Alternate Payment Options: Institutions that require alternate payment options (e.g., to pay by check or purchase order),
please download and complete a 2008 SACNAS Booth Reservation Form (PDF). Fax completed forms to Kelli Williams at (831) 459-0194.
Online Booth Reservation Instructions:
- To access the online booth reservation system log into your MySACNAS account (or create a new account if you are new to SACNAS).

After creating your profile or updating your existing MySACNAS profile, locate the link entitled "Reserve a Conference Booth" on your MySACNAS Home page OR select the gray "Exhibit Booth Reservation" button at the end of Step 3 of the Personal Information and Contact Information update process. Click on this link and proceed through the booth reservation steps.

Once the booth reservation has been successfully processed, the booth administrative contact will receive a booth reservation confirmation email with unique exhibitor registration offer code(s) for each exhibitor registration which has been prepaid (including the one that comes with the booth). The administrative contact is responsible for determining who will use these slots and assigning and distributing the offer codes (along with the booth number) to the appropriate booth representatives.

Once individual exhibitors have received the offer code(s) from their administrative contact, they may then register for the conference through their personal MySACNAS account by selecting the appropriate booth number. During the registation process, they will be asked to provide the offer code(s) at the time of payment.

Upon successful exhibitor registration, both the exhibitor and the booth administrative contact will receive confirmation emails regarding exhibitor registration.
Deadline for inclusion in the Conference Program publication: August 7, 2008
