    Poster and oral presentations are a fundamental part of the SACNAS National Conference. Student and postdoc attend presenters receive mentoring and feedback on their research abstracts and scientific presentations from renowned scientists, peers, and judges.     SACNAS Poster Board Dimensions: 8 ft (wide) x 4 ft (tall). Posters may be smaller, but no larger than this.

    SACNAS CONFERENCE ORIENTATION

    Helpful Reminders for Travel Scholarship Recipients & Student Presenters

    Travel Rule #1: Bring valid, current photo identification; you'll need it for check in at the airport and hotel.

    Travel Rule #2: Print out & bring your travel, hotel, and ground transportation itineraries & phone numbers.

    Ground Transportation: See the Travel & Lodging page for details on ground transportation, local maps, attractions, and other travel & hotel information.

    Conference Registration Check-in: All conference registrants need to check in at the SACNAS Registration Desk onsite. At registration check in, you will receive your badge (required for all activities & meals), conference program, and other necessary materials. Students are strongly encouraged to check in Wednesday night to avoid the long lines on Thursday.

    Student Asset Survey undergraduate & graduate students: SACNAS requests that all travel scholarship recipients and student research presenters complete the short student asset survey (before attending the conference) to improve SACNAS programs and services. Thank you!

    Research Presenters: Bring both a printed version of your presentation & a backup electronic copy (e.g., on a USB drive).
