When you create an account with SACNAS you can opt to receive information from different affiliated organizations. If you do not wish to hear from us, simply use the unsubscribe features on these emails and/or contact us directly.
All information provided to SACNAS is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is a proven coding system that lets your browser automatically encrypt, or scramble, data before you send it to us. We also protect account information by placing it on a secure portion of our site that is only accessible by certain qualified employees of SACNAS. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of such information.

Registrants will be included in the 2014 SACNAS National Conference Membership Directory; our system features a state-of-the-art membership platform that allows organizations to contact our constituents without revealing their emails and other personal information. Registrants will also be included in the ‘2014 Attendee List’ to be distributed to exhibitors and sponsors in a digital format. The purpose of this list is to encourage networking and individual follow-up. This list is not to be used for unsolicited commercial or bulk-email purposes. The information on the list will be limited to name, organization, discipline of study, current level, and email. Registrants will have the opportunity to opt in to both the ‘2014 Membership Directory’ and the ‘2014 Attendee List’ during registration.
