Dear SACNAS Community,
As our country continues to transform in response to the pandemic, one thing remains the same: SACNAS is committed to hosting the National Diversity in STEM Conference as a way to bring people together to celebrate science, culture, and community. We are stronger together.
We’ve monitored the situation closely, including surveying our members, partners, and supporters on their thoughts around the annual conference. Taking this into account, we’re excited to announce a brand new Virtual National Diversity in STEM Conference planned for this October.

On behalf of the SACNAS Board of Directors and staff, we are grateful to everyone who provided their thoughts via last month’s conference survey. We remain excited and optimistic about shifting our beloved event to an online experience which now has the potential to reach more people than ever before.
To our dedicated partners, exhibitors, student research presentation applicants, and anyone who submitted a session proposal — Thank you for your continued support and hard work this far. We look forward to planning a truly exceptional experience for our community. Now, let’s get started!
