SACNISTA Fund

The SACNISTA Fund covers everything from programs, annual dues for individual/prospective SACNAS members to travel scholars in need. SACNAS Programs x Membership offers continuous access to an array of incredible programs, invaluable services, and an extensive nationwide network of over 9,000 individuals. 

NDiSTEM Student Presentation Awards

The Student Presentation Awards fund will provide monetary awards to student research presenters who are chosen to receive awards based on their exemplary research presented at the conference. Learn more about the NDiSTEM research presentations here →

NDiSTEM Travel Scholars

The SACNAS Travel Scholars fund will cover registration, airfare and lodging for students to attend the annual SACNAS National Diversity in STEM Conference. Learn more about the NDiSTEM Travel Scholarships here →

NDiSTEM Native American Indigenous Travel Scholars

The NDiSTEM Native American/Indigenous (NA/I) Travel Scholars fund will cover registration, airfare and lodging for five (5) NA/I students to attend the annual SACNAS National Diversity in STEM Conference.

NDiSTEM Native American Indigenous Student Presentation Awards

The NDiSTEM Tribal College and University (TCU) Scholars fund will cover registration, airfare and lodging for five (5) TCU students to attend the annual SACNAS National Diversity in STEM Conference. 

NDiSTEM Tribal Colleges and University Student Presentation Awards

The NDiSTEM Tribal College and University (TCU) Scholars fund will cover registration, airfare and lodging for five (5) TCU students to attend the annual SACNAS National Diversity in STEM Conference. 

Linton Poodry SACNAS Leadership Institute

The Linton-Poodry SACNAS Leadership Institute (LPSLI) is SACNAS’ flagship leadership program with a focus on professional scientists from excluded populations (Latinx, Native Americans and other underrepresented populations (URs) in STEM). 

NDiSTEM Tribal Colleges and University Travel Scholars

The NDiSTEM Tribal College and University (TCU) Scholars fund will cover registration, airfare and lodging for five (5) TCU students to attend the annual SACNAS National Diversity in STEM Conference. 

Professional Leadership Institute

The Postdoc Leadership Institute (PLI) is a two part workshop for postdocs looking to develop their leadership skills and ability to bring their whole selves - inlcuding their culture - to work as an asset. The PLI fund will provide funding support to two postdocs.
