What is CareerCon?

CareerCon is an immersive, community-based learning event for our members who are interested in industry and/or government careers. This event will be held virtually from April 22 - 24, 2025!

This event will host sessions from industry and government experts and our own SACNAS members who work in these sectors. Get insight into the workplace, and learn about current internships and positions you can apply for, all while expanding your professional skillset and network for your future career.

SACNAS Undergraduate, Postbacs, Graduate Student, Postdoc, and Early- or Mid-Career Professional dues-paying members are eligible to participate!

When & where will CareerCon take place?

CareerCon 2025 will take place digitally the week of April 22 - 24, 2025, with approximately a 4-hour time commitment each day of the event.

Why should I attend CareerCon?

CareerCon is intended to fundamentally reimagine the career fair while placing community-building and culture at the forefront. CareerCon is a cohort-based career event that will engage high-caliber STEM career seekers in an immersive program, providing insights for bringing your whole self to STEM, recognizing your strengths, and the building skills necessary to thrive in private industry and government sectors.
