Chapter Officer Leadership October Retreat (C.O.L.O.R.) 

C.O.L.O.R. is a 1 day retreat designed to support SACNAS chapter officers as they continue to place themselves in positions of leadership within their chapters, campuses, and communities. This retreat will not only equip chapter leaders, but also highlight and strengthen their leadership talents through connection and unity with the broader chapter network. SACNAS seeks at least 1 member from each chapter to self-nominate for an opportunity to improve skills, boost confidence, and grow their network of support through a series of engaging activities!

When: October 30th, 2024

Where: In-Person in Phoenix, Arizona (in conjunction with the 2024 NDiSTEM Conference 10/30-11/2)

Who:

Includes: fully funded airfare, lodging, and registration for both C.O.L.O.R. and the 2024 NDiSTEM Conference. (Non-U.S. Citizens/Residents are not eligible for funding from SACNAS, but can still attend the retreat. Funding will have to be done on your behalf.)

IMPORTANT: All active* chapter members are eligible to self-nominate. However, priority will be given to ensure that at least 1 representative from every active SACNAS chapter can participate.

*To be considered active, your chapter must/will submit 2024 Annual Report to National Office. Contact chapters@sacnas.org for more information.

Who is eligible to apply /nominate?

SACNAS seeks every active chapter to nominate at least 1 representative from your chapter to participate in C.O.L.O.R..

What is included if I am accepted?
