SACNAS Membership provides access to the community, opportunities, and resources for you to advance in your STEM education and career. 

Members can access: 

• National COMMUNITY of 9,000+ multidisciplinary and multicultural college students and professionals, plus 155 chapters (student and professional) 
• PROGRAMS designed to connect members with mentors and role models, develop skills, and experience opportunities to advance in their STEM journey 
• Year-round SERVICES to support members to bring their whole selves to their education and careers, including a Career Center, Online Community, and local chapter events 
• Digital and in-person culturally-centered EVENTS that bring the community together to celebrate science, culture, and community. Join us at the National Diversity in STEM Conference, happening in October!

I am not Chicano/Hispanic or Native American. Can I be a SACNAS member?
YES!! Our name is a testament to our founding during the Chicano and American Indian civil rights movements. Everyone is welcome to become a SACNAS member, regardless of gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, race, national origin or ancestry, ethnicity, or religion (including the lack thereof or religious dress and grooming). We look forward to welcoming you to our SACNAS family!
