SACNAS Postdoc Community Program (SPCP)

The next generation of talent

Formerly known as the SACNAS Postdoc Cohort Program, SPCP has been reimagined to strengthen our effort to create an inclusive, year-round, welcoming community for postdocs across the country via the platform Discord.

SPCP participants will have an opportunity to network, share resources, and insights, gain a community, AND participate in SACNAS-supported seminars relevant to their current position throughout the year.

National Postdoc Appreciation Week (NPAW)

SACNAS has begun celebrating postdocs across the nation during National Postdoc Appreciation Week (NPAW) since 2021. NPAW is a yearly event originated by the National Postdoc Association (NPA). The 2025 NPAW will be hosted September 15 - 19 and this year's theme is communicating your science and research.
